This teddy bear was named 'Annikova' by Mr William Simpson who was an avid collector of more than 250 teddy bears. It is made of pale honey coloured fabric with jointed limbs and has a inserted brown 'leather' curled nose and black stitched mouth. Annikova has a ream lace neck ribbon with bone ring and brass ornament attached, as well as a roughly made shift dress in floral pattern.
A note left by Mr Simpson reads "A Polish bear of the fifties (No 26) All in original condition. Appears to have taken a fancy for Andre!"
