Baby's cap, fine cotton, headpiece has 3 drawstrings with whitework flowers bewteen, caul with rounded whitework sprigs, matching 6cm diameter crown with star motif, ribbon ties, very soft fabric, motifs have small eyelets and pulled work in centres, sprigs have crescent and eyelet, grouped scalloped tabs on crown, trimming removed from centre of caul, ties, 1.5 by 22cm, probably later, c1820-1839
