Bacharach am Rhine

Lithophane, porcelain, smear glazed, trapezium shape, showing a view of Bacharach am Rhine in western Germany, the ruined Werner Chapel to the right; impressed mark 'PPM' and pattern number 7 on back, made by the Plauesche Porzellanmanufactur, Plaue, Thuringia, Germany, mid 19th century.

This is shaped so as to fit into a metal frame with three others and form a lamp-shade.
