Bag, drawstring opening edged pale green silk ribbon and cream piping, strings now missing, knitted cream silk, originally lined pale pink silk, closely beaded in very fine beads, strongly coloured pastoral scenes with villages, sheep and cattle, a river and bridge, lower section has design of blue flowers on dark red ground, lower edge trimmed matching dark red beaded fringe and tassels, approximate length excluding fringe 185mm, approximate width 145mm, possibly German, c1860-1920
