Bag, rectangular, fold-over, undyed linen on stiffened base, front with applique flowers, possibly hollyhocks, in soft shades of blue, pink, red and mauve, rear face has a yellow flower, all edged with fine blue braid which also forms handle strap and double tassel, press-stud closure, internal pockets and compartments, approximate width 225mm, approximate depth 125mm, c1900-1920
