Freddy- William Simpson Teddy Bear Collection

This teddy bear was named 'Freddy' by Mr William Simpson, an avid collector of more than 250 teddy bears. This teddy bear is part of the Forever Friends collection No. 171. This teddy bear has pale honey plush fabric with pink pads, a lavender cotton cap embroidered 'Forever Friends' on peak. The front paws stitched holding cap on, a homemade emerald green ribbon is sewn around left back leg with 'Freddy' embroidered in black.

This teddy bear was given to Mr Simpson in 1995 by Joan Leach of Lyme Regis when she was about to move for Cornwall.
