Lithophane: Portrait of King Edward VII

A lithophane, tyg, or three-handled porcelain mug. A lithophane portrait of King Edward VII in coronation robes in the base. The outside is decorated with printed and enamelled arms of the city of Wakefield, West Yorkshire. This mug was probably made in Germany in around 1902.
