Miller - William Simpson Teddy Bear Collection
This teddy bear was named ‘Miller' by Mr William Simpson who was an avid collector of more than 250 teddy bears. It is a Steiff bear with the ear button associated with the brand and a gilt medallion on a green neck ribbon with gilt trim. A care label is attached to its back left leg. Miller has a bronze stitched nose edged with black.
Miller was made especially for Danbury Mint, where Mr Simpson bought the bear. It is the Steiff bear for 2001.
