Loading of a Mark II depth charge thrower
Thornycroft designed Mark II depth charge thrower being loaded with a canister on board a ship. There is already a carrier in the launch tube of the thrower but also another carrier by the side. Difficult to be sure of date as although the Mark II depth charge thrower was developed in 1918 its use continued into the Second World War.
